The most of heat exchangers is composed of a large number of tubes, which are regularly arranged. The system of tubes is flowed through by fluid and flowed round by another fluid. Besides the problem of heat transfer it is necessary to solve the dynamic and acoustic phenomena, that can raise unfavourable affects during the operation ofsuch equipments. This article deals with the idea of asymptotic homogenization method. Three homogenization equations are derived. Equations describing various cases of acoustic wave propagation are analysed, and corresponding equations expressing equivalent sound speed are referred too.
