CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee is 9 900 CZK (440 EUR).

This fee covers organizational and publication expenses, conference proceedings, meals (coffee breaks, lunches, dinner, and the banquet), and a special conference bus service between Žďár nad Sázavou and the conference hotel. The fee in CZK applies to participants from the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

ACCOMMODATION

Hotel Medlov is pleased to offer accommodation for conference attendees at special rates.

Single Room Availability: Please note that the number of single rooms is limited. Reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly encourage participants to make their reservations as early as possible to ensure availability.

Please mention the conference name when booking. Payment is made directly to the hotel. Special conference rates are: 1 600 CZK per night for a single room and 2 145 CZK per night for a double room. Please note that these prices do not include breakfast, which costs 230 CZK per person.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

The conference fee for accompanying persons is 3 000 CZK (130 EUR), excluding accommodation costs. This fee includes meals (coffee breaks, lunches, dinner, and the banquet), and access to the special conference bus service. Payment Details

Please complete your conference registration fee payment via bank transfer before the specified deadline. You will find the necessary bank transfer details in your user profile.

Cancellation:

• Before May 1: A cancellation fee of 5 000 CZK (220 EUR) will be charged to cover publication and organizational costs.
• After May 1: The full fee will be charged. However, a substitute participant may attend in place of the original registrant.
