The paper refers to the Rayleighs (R-) and Rayleigh-Plessets models of cavitation bubble dynamics. For the latter one the influence of the state of water. water vapor. air and of theirs physical properties as well as their constants is checked up. E.g. the influence of the Poisson constant on amplitude and velocity of bubble-aiameter is checked up. On the base of R-model the bubble-compression with heat transfer is studied. a simple analytical model of such process is presented and compared with the polytropic compression. It is shown that a) the differences ofpressures and temperatures may be small but they increase rapidly with increasing volume-change of the bubble. and b) the laws of heat transfer may also co-influence the process course.
