The problem of the interaction between a liquid and flexible continuum occurs very often in practice. In the male urinary tract the interaction between urine and the bladder takes place. The simplified model of the considered interaction problem is presented. During a crash the whole urine-bladder system is kinematic ally excited by the motion of the bladder foundation (prostate). To solve this model problem we use an uncoupled approach to the interaction problem solution. Both partial problems of interaction - relative urine flow and bladder vibration with respect to the system foundation - are formulated in an incremental form, the numerical realisation is carried out by FEM. Results are the time and spatial distribution of pressure and velocity in urine and the corresponding shape of the bladder during the crash.
