The purpose of the present study was to design a new type of total replacement of intervertebral disk. The designed total replacement of intervertebral disk use two plates from titan alloy , between them is inserted a elastic silicone core. The titan plates are joined with a cage. The motion range of the designed implant respect the real motion in the intervertebral joint. The mechanical load testing of the implant are prepared. The results will be compared with a finite element model of the designed total replacement of intervertebral disk.
