Contemporarily, one assumes that the main cause of the definitive unstable fixation of endoprosthesis in the bone structure is caused by the immunobiological reaction of the bearer's organism due to the presence of the foreign wear particles torn off from the artificial joint surfaces. The task for biomechanics is to find testing procedures for solving of this problem. The aim of this contribution is to discuss some practical aspects of this problem.
