Both, in the animate nature and inanimate one, as well as in a series of costruction and mechanical applications, we encounter structures which can be simulated by means of the thin-walled circular direct cylindrical shells. Thein skin, when supposing the membrane effect as for the distribution of material, is arranged a´ la the one- and twohelical anisotropy. A number of implications arises from the foregoing physical circumstance. The said consequences have an influence, on the one hand, upon the distribution and magnitude of the state of stress in the skin, and on the other hand, upon the elastic strains.
