This paper deals with investigation of contact pressure development in contact area between titanium cervical implant (Tibon) and cervical vertebrae. Material of bone tissue is for the first approach assumed as isotropic and linear elastic. The solution is assumed for real load conditions. The problem is solved by the Finite Element Method (FEM) using software package ANSYS 7.1.
