The impact of synthetic jet on the properties of the main jet flowing from an axisymmetric nozzle has been investigated. The examinations were preceded by a theoretical analysis of the resonance chamber and then followed by the investigation of the synthetic jet with an anemometric probe. The aim was to analyze the main jet properties in order to increase its efficiency of heat/mass transfer from the output jet onto the wall exposed to the jet.
