This article is focused on the computational solution of the material tests and their evaluations. Problem deals with torsion low-cycle fatigue tests of steel specimens. The results acquired by FEM (MSc.MARC/MENTAT) will be compared with future experiments in the Department of Mechanics of Materials at the VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava. The numerical procedures used plastic deformations and Chaboche material model with isotropic and kinematic hardening rules.
