A development of the hole-drilling method with an off-center hole for the residual stress measurement
K. Švaříček, M. Vlk
pages 370 - +10p., full text

The hole drilling method is a popular method for residual stresses measurement. This method usually assumes the centric hole within the strain gauge rosette. However, the hole is never exactly located centric with the centre of the strain gauge rosette. This paper interprets the values of the evaluated residual stresses with respecting eccentric hole and without respecting eccentric hole.
