The subject of this paper is the analysis of elastically supported beams (beams on elastic Winkler's foundation). The real beams of finite length can be also solved via superposition principle using the linear combinations of solutions of two beams of unlimited (infinite) length. The application of deterministic and probabilistic reliability assessment was used in a result evaluation (deflection, stress and buckling).
