This contribution presents experiences and difficulties encountered during interpolation of experimental results by Kriging/DACE metamodel. Particularly, several combinations of regression and correlation parts have been tested and optimized in order to ensure monotonicity of the response. Even though a certain progress is reported in the current paper, the selection of the proper model still remains a challenging task.
